    As part of or airtight range we are delighted to bring you the Profi Plus attic hatch.

    Manufactured and engineered in Denmark it has been tested to stringent standards to comply with airtightness and thermal requirements.

    3 section folding attic ladder - compact design requires minimum headroom and storage space in the loft.

    Supplied with architraves for superior finish.

    Draught excluder contained in casing and trapdoor, with 70mm insulation preventing heat loss and air leakage.

    Air sealing - Class 4.

    Sturdy spring counter balancing system for smooth and effortless operation.

    Neat finish with white faced trapdoor and primed casing.

    Non-slip treads and plastic feet for extra security.

    Hidden trapdoor hinges make it easy to paint, varnish or clad the trapdoor.

    Specially developed height adjustment system.

    Casing and trapdoor has a rebate for extra tight closing.

    Easy operation - delivered with espagnolette lock with two bolts and push/pull rod made from wood.

    Ladder assembled for easy and quick installation.
