Wood on Wood
Because construction materials made from the same base material are ideally suited to one another, holzFlex® 040 is also the ideal insulating material for use in modern timber frame constructions. With a thermal conductivity of IR = 0,040 W/(m·K) the material takes first place among ecological insulating materials.
Flexible But Stable
High elasticity & excellent draught proofing properties complement each other superbly with holzFlex® 040. Even a complete batt can be fitted by one person, without the risk of it breaking.
Convenient
holzFlex® 040 offers you all the convenience you require as it is simple to cut & can be manufactured-to-size (service available subject to quantity). holzFlex® 040 may be cut easily with a minimum of dust using an insulation knife or hand saw. For higher volumes, HOMATHERM® offers an individual cutting service, tailor-made as standard.
