ASBP Natural Fibre Insulation Week - The Natural Way – Innovation, Insulation & Interaction
Ecological Building Systems have been members of the Alliance of Sustainable Building Products (ASBP) Natural Fibre Insulation Group (NFIG) since it's inception and we're pleased to again take part in the Natural Fibre Insulation Week 2025, showcasing a series of in-person events, CPDs, tours and practical hands-on workshops taking place across the UK from 20th – 24th October 2025.

On Tuesday 21st October Ecological Building Systems will host an event at our new training centre and showroom near Carlisle, giving you an exclusive insight into our facilities. Drop in anytime between 10.00am - 2.00pm and explore our best-in class examples of wall, floor and roof assemblies for both new builds and retrofits featuring natural insulation throughout.

Be amongst the first to see our EcoCocon straw wall system demonstration pod, showcasing our latest breakthrough and collaborative partnership in sustainable construction.
We will also be joined by Stephen Gurney of Eden Insulation who will be available to meet with you and talk about their Passive House and Low Energy builds and how they utilise our materials in their builds, along with Alex Burn of 4site Engineering and Construction Ltd who has completed a number of new builds and deep retrofit projects using our natural insulation and airtightness products and will also be available to chat and discuss any of your project details. Both Eden Insulation and 4 Site have been pivotal to refurbishing our Training Centre.
About NFI Week 2025
Natural Fibre Insulation Week is an exciting new showcase of natural fibre insulation (NFI) products and systems, organised by the Alliance for Sustainable Building Products and supported by the ASBP Natural Fibre Insulation Group.
#NFIWeek2025 will provide architects, designers, specifiers, contractors and clients with access to some of the leading industry experts from the ASBP Natural Fibre Insulation Group, which includes the major manufacturers and suppliers of natural fibre insulation in the UK.
NFI Week is an opportunity to find out more about the multiple benefits of natural fibre insulation, get hands-on with NFI via practical demonstrations, and embark on tours of production facilities and site visits.
