The Diathonite Thermactive.037 levels the wall and provides a flat surface for the Clima Redboard Pro boards to be fully bonded with Redstone Clima Redboard Pro adhesive mortar. By eliminating all air gaps or voids, (interstitial) condensation cannot form within the build-up and a more reliable thermal performance across the whole surface can be achieved. Clima Redboard Pro and Diathonite Thermactive.037 both buffer moisture; they absorb and redistribute it as conditions change, which helps maintain a stable internal climate and reduces the likelihood of damp or mould.
Retro EcoWall A1 provides flexible thermal performance depending on the chosen combination of board thicknesses and Diathonite Thermactive.037 plaster. Options range from a slim build-up to deeper, higher-performing assemblies that achieve U-values as low as 0.30 W/m²K. The final system is finished with Redstone smooth finishing plaster (Luno) and natural breathable paint, creating a durable, smooth, and fully vapour-open internal surface.
