This training is aimed at professionals and home-owners a like, who are wanting to know more about achieving Passivhaus standards using natural insulation materials and airtightness products and who are interested in taking an ecological and sustainable fabric first approach to creating better buildings. You will learn about the Passive EcoWall system and be given a detailed description of all of the components. The presentation will also briefly cover a case study where the Passive EcoWall system was adopted. The importance of airtightness, avoiding thermal bridges and ventilation will also be discussed.

What happens on the day?
On arrival at the NSBRC, make your way to The Sustainability Theatre.
There will be a brief introduction, followed by the presentation, with the opportunity to ask questions during and following the presentation.
