Urban Cottage Revival, Beaumont

This 19th century urban cottage was externally insulated using Diasen cork and lime insulating plaster. The walls, constructed of granite, were stripped back to expose the stone and repointed. To the rear of the building, a contemporary extension was then added to house the kitchen and dining quarters.
