Installation Guide
To prepare, cut through the Pro Clima Solitex Adhero layer and CLT base where the drain will go. Keep the area clean, dry, and grease-free for a strong seal.
Select the lowest point of the floor and drill a hole through the membrane and wood using a 70 mm (2¾") hole saw. Remove all debris and wipe the area clean and dry, as tape won’t adhere to dust, oil, or silicone.

Insert the drain from above, attach the pipe below and secure with a pipe clamp or cable tie. (Optional: screw into place). Then seal around the flange with Pro Clima Tescon Vana tape – half on the drain and half on the membrane.

Make sure to press firmly with the Pressfix tool to remove bubbles and ensure full contact.
To check the adhesion and stability, pour water to confirm that there are no leaks.

When the project is near completion and the floor drain needs to be removed, cut the tape, lift the drain, and patch the hole with Solitex Adhero sealed with Tescon Vana tape.
Hints and tips
A clean, dry surface ensures a strong seal. Using the Pressfix tool, press the tape firmly, especially on uneven surfaces.
