Available exclusively via Ecological Building Systems plus our network of stockists and merchants across the UK and Ireland, the Pro Clima Intello system has been used in projects worldwide that have exceeded Passivhaus standards.

Pro Clima's membranes, tapes and sealants help protect your building from heat loss, condensation and mould for decades to come. At the heart of the system is Pro Clima Intello Plus, a humidity-variable membrane that actively manages moisture within your roof and wall build-ups, protecting insulation and the building fabric from condensation damage and mould. Paired with Tescon Vana, Pro Clima's multi-purpose airtight adhesive, every junction, overlap, and penetration is sealed with the same long-term reliability as the membrane itself.

They are both part of Pro Clima’s certified airtightness system; the only airtightness system to hold BBA, NSAI and Passive House Institute certification, and the only airtightness system containing tapes proven to have a life expectancy of at least 100 years, independently verified by the University of Kassel in Germany.
